Job summary

Capgemini Invent in London is seeking a Senior Consultant with substantial finance transformation experience to lead large, complex Operational Finance and Cost Improvement projects, applying evidence-based insights and robust financial thinking.

You will develop practical recommendations, build trusted client relationships, and mentor teams while contributing to business development and service redesign initiatives across O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A. A UK CA qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong background in management consulting.
Experience with performance improvement techniques and the finance value chain (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury).
Ability to think strategically and manage stakeholders.
Delivery leadership and team coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams and deliver large, complex operational finance and cost-improvement projects.
Develop and present practical, evidence-based recommendations that withstand scrutiny.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities across transformation programs.
Coach and develop team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building.
