Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification required.
• Significant experience in senior finance, finance systems, finance transformation, or financial software advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP, financial management solutions, and core processes of modern finance organizations.
• Ability to translate finance needs into clear product requirements and design guidance.
• Excellent communication with finance stakeholders, product teams, and senior internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and document complex finance processes and business scenarios.
• Highly collaborative and proactive in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance domain expert within the Product Management organization, translating finance needs and market insight into high-level product direction.
• Shape product strategy, requirements, and design guidance with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends, regulator developments, and emerging finance technologies to influence product direction.
• Provide expert guidance on end-to-end finance operations and optimization through AI and automation.
• Advise on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and controls.
• Ensure multi-entity and global finance requirements are reflected in platform design.
• Advocate for finance professionals and translate their needs into practical product outcomes.
• Contribute thought leadership to long-term product vision and roadmap priorities.
