Job summary

Infor Inc. in Farnborough is seeking a VP of Finance & Operations to lead FP&A for Global Professional Services and to oversee the operational backbone, including billing, project setup, and PSA systems.

The role partners with GPS senior leadership to drive profitability, manage headcount and capacity, and steer AI-enabled delivery and new engagement models across a global services business.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A, financial management, or business operations experience in professional services or technology services.
• Experience supporting or leading a services business with P&L drivers: utilization, capacity, revenue recognition, profitability.
• Experience overseeing back-office, shared services, or operations teams.
• Strong financial modeling skills for global services business across geographies and delivery models.
• Proven ability to partner with operational and commercial leaders to drive decisions.
• Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Familiarity with PSA/ERP systems (Certinia, Salesforce, SAP) is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GPS financial planning cycle: annual plans, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans.
• Lead GPS performance reporting for executives and business unit leaders.
• Build and maintain models for headcount, utilization, revenue, and project profitability.
• Track bookings, backlog, pipeline, and revenue across GPS lines and geographies.
• Model new business, including AI-assisted delivery and fixed-price engagements.
• Partner on headcount planning and workforce cost management.
• Support monthly close with variance analysis and executive commentary.
• Lead back-office operations: offshore project administration and billing.
• Drive billing cycle completion and ensure revenue recognition readiness.
• Roll out Certinia PSA and integrate with end-to-end workflows.
• Oversee Sales Operations with Salesforce management and quota tracking.
• Drive process improvements to scale back-office infrastructure.
