Job summary

Goodman Masson is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Supply Chain in West London. The role leads a small team and collaborates with finance and non-finance leaders to improve performance and governance across Manufacturing & Logistics operations globally.

The role focuses on driving reporting, FP&A processes, working capital optimization, and driving standardization and best practices across the group. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidates with FMCG finance background are preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with FMCG finance background.
• Experience working with non-finance senior stakeholders is essential.
• Strong control of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and the Supply FP&A processes across geographies.
• Drive working capital improvements and standardization/best practices across the group.

Senior Finance Manager Supply Chain| Global FMCG| West London| Hybrid| £85-90k plus car

A global FMCG business is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager for supply chain. Managing a team of 3 the role will be responsible for providing support and leadership in all Manufacturing & Logistics operations across all geographies.

The role will focus on driving performance, coordinating and leading the monthly / quarterly / annual reporting & Supply FP&A process, improving working capital, driving standardization and best practices across the group, evaluating project business cases, and aiding strategic decision-making.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with an FMCG finance background. Experience working with non finance senior stakeholders is critical.

This is a high visibility role working closely with finance and non finance leaders across the business
