Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and large-scale finance.

Responsibilities

• Own financial business partnering across Supply Chain to drive decision-making.
• Analyze key financial data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities with business cases.
• Engage and challenge stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting submissions for Supply Chain.
• Line manage and develop the Junior Finance Business Partner.
