Natures Way Foods Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain to join our central finance team on a permanent basis. This role provides robust financial management information and strategic challenge across Procurement & Distribution.

The successful candidate will influence stakeholders, lead budgeting/forecasting, and drive cost control to deliver operating income growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong financial analysis and scenario modelling capabilities.
• Proven leadership and developmental skills with line management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and cost control initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Own financial business partnering across the Supply Chain function.
• Analyse financial data and present clear insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Supply Chain and challenge assumptions.
• Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities and build business cases.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive informed decision making at pace.
• Line manage and develop the Junior Finance Business Partner.
