Job summary

Ocado Group in Welwyn Hatfield seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to support Operations across capex, Real Estate P&L, and OMRS. You will lead budgets, forecasts and period-end reporting while providing practical guidance to drive cost clarity and profitability.

Reporting to the finance leadership, you will streamline reporting, build strong stakeholder relationships, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and insight across UK and European facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial or operational finance.
• Proven business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience of capital project financial management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgets, forecasts, period-end reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Own OMRS costs and support capex decisions with clear cost insights.
• Collaborate with finance, SSC and Group Accounting to improve reporting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled insights to reduce manual work.
