Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the Operations organisation across capex projects, Real Estate P&L and OMRS cost management. You will provide budgets, forecasts, and insightful analysis to influence strategic decisions and drive margin improvements.

You will streamline reporting with AI/automation, partner with senior stakeholders, and help embed improved ways of working across finance and operations in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience in capital project financial management.
• Ability to improve reporting and processes using data.
• Resilient and adaptable in changing environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling across functions and seniority levels.
• Proactive drive for automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborative, combining financial and operational metrics for insight.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgets, forecasts, period-end reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Establish visibility over OMRS cost base to drive contribution margin.
• Streamline reporting using AI and automation to reduce manual work.
• Own financial reporting for CFC Capex projects and manage governance.
• Own Real Estate P&L for UK and Europe including budgeting and variance analysis.
• Take financial ownership of OMRS costs and support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, SSC and Group Accounting to improve cost recording and reporting.
• Deliver timely management information and drive process improvements via automation.
