Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support Operations across capex, Real Estate P&L, and OMRS cost management. You will deliver budgets, forecasts, and period-end reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive insight and value.

The role emphasizes cost control, capital approvals, and continuous improvement through automation and AI. Hybrid work from Hatfield location with strong collaboration across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in commercial or operational finance.
• Proven business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations across capex, Real Estate P&L, and OMRS costs and capex.
• Provide budgets, forecasts, and period-end reporting with insights.
• Drive cost visibility and return through analytical challenge and guidance.
• Lead reporting improvements using automation and AI where appropriate.
• Support audits and cross-functional process improvements.
