Skillframe Ltd in the Staines area is seeking a Senior Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable & Credit Control) to manage invoicing, credit control and SAP/ERP related duties within a small finance team.

The role focuses on maintaining cash flow, reducing bad debt and accurate reporting, with hybrid working 2–3 days on site. You should bring solid AR/credit experience, strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good numerical and analytical ability, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Raise and process customer invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately and promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries, discrepancies, and payment disputes promptly.
• Produce regular aged debtor and collection reports for management.
