Job summary

JasperRose in Egham seeks a Senior Finance Manager to own the EMEA accounting function, overseeing month-end close, reporting and technical accounting. The role combines leadership of a team with hands-on analysis in a hybrid setup, two days in the office.

Qualified accountants with CIMA/ACA/ACCA are preferred, with 5+ years of industry experience and strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge. D365 experience and global exposure are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA month-end close, covering revenue, cash, payroll, fixed assets, leases and operating expenses.
• Review complex reconciliations and journal entries with strong audit trails.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing technical guidance.
• Ensure accounting policies and reporting comply with Local GAAP and US GAAP.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, HR and other teams on reporting and business projects.
• Drive process improvements, systems projects and best-practice initiatives across the accounting function.

Senior Finance Manager, EMEA – Global Technology – Permanent - Egham, Surrey – Hybrid working (2 days in office) - £100,000

As Financial Accounting Manager, EMEA, you’ll take ownership of the regional accounting function, leading the month-end close, financial reporting and technical accounting.

The Role

• Lead the EMEA month-end close, covering revenue, cash, payroll, fixed assets, leases and operating expenses.
• Review complex reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and strong audit trails.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Ensure accounting policies and reporting comply with Local GAAP and US GAAP.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, HR and other teams on reporting and business projects.
• Drive process improvements, systems projects and best-practice initiatives across the accounting function.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant CIMA / ACA / ACCA
• 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience working within industry
• Must have strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, with a solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Must have experience working in D365
• Must have experience working in a global and complex business
• A hands-on, commercially minded leader with strong analytical skills, an ownership mentality and a passion for improving processes.
