McLaren Automotive Limited in Woking seeks a high-calibre Senior Finance Manager to lead finance business partnering across Corporate Functions and report to the Head of Finance. Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with professional accounting designation.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience in finance roles.
• Experience in finance business partnering across multiple corporate or commercial functions.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing or capital-intensive environments is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end financial performance for the Corporate Functions portfolio, including actuals, forecasts, budgets and plans.
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Analysts.
• Act as senior finance business partner to ExCo members and key stakeholders across MAL.
• Own month-end close, including accruals, journals, and balance-sheet integrity.
• Provide decision-ready financial reporting with clear risks, opportunities and actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into accountability actions.
• Strengthen governance, controls and compliance across supported functions.

The successful candidate will act as the senior finance lead across key functions including Facilities, Legal, Finance, HR and IT, as well as Capital Investment programmes, while providing leadership and support across the wider Finance team.The Senior Finance Manager will lead and develop a team of Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Analysts, setting clear priorities, assuring the quality of outputs and building a high-performing, commercially focused finance team. The role offers significant exposure to functional directors and the Executive Team and requires a confident leader who can influence decisions, constructively challenge assumptions and manage competing priorities effectively.A core accountability is end-to-end ownership of financial performance across the Corporate Functions portfolio, including actuals, forecasts, budgets, business plans and delivery against financial OKRs. The Senior Finance Manager will ensure performance is clearly understood, risks and opportunities are identified early, and accountable actions are established to maintain delivery against corporate objectives.The role will lead and challenge investment and strategic decisions, ensuring capital allocation is financially robust, affordable and aligned to business priorities.
