Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Midlands portfolio and lead a team of coordinators

• Liaise with senior management on physical operation and condition of estate portfolio
• Collaborate with compliance and regulatory bodies to ensure health, safety and environmental standards
• Drive continuous improvement across facilities, promoting innovation and sustainability
• Be primary point of contact for escalated facility operations, maintenance and team management
• Oversee emergency preparedness and crisis management plans across sites
• Monitor performance and set KPIs to improve service delivery
• Maintain flexible schedule to oversee operations across locations and respond to emergencies
