Job summary

Thermo Fisher is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Commercial within the BioProduction Group to partner with senior Commercial leadership across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll drive forecasting, budgeting and data-driven decision-making while leading a team and partnering with Sales and Marketing to influence business performance.

You will engage with Group Presidents, Finance VPs and regional leadership to shape profitability and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead on monthly and quarterly business reviews to support regional senior directors.
• Support forecasting and planning with Commercial leadership, Marketing and Sales structures.
• Oversight of operative and strategic decisions with corrective actions.
• Provide leadership in initiatives to develop the finance organization.
• Lead projects such as Go To Market strategies and integration processes.
• Inspire and develop your team to meet finance objectives.
