Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum five years’ experience in FP&A, financial planning or commercial finance within a large, complex manufacturing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned FP&A processes, ensuring accurate, timely and high‑quality delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Own the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long‑range planning activities for assigned functional areas.
• Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow results, providing insightful commentary on business performance, key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Perform detailed variance analysis against Forecast, Budget, Prior Year and Strategic Plan, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning and business decision‑making.
• Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations and SG&A Finance teams to ensure data integrity and accurate financial submissions.
