Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial finance, expense management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong track record of delivering cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and non-finance teams.
• Deliver transparent P&L, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
