HireIQ in Newry, Northern Ireland, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations and manage an established team. The role reports to the CFO within a growing business with a global footprint.

You will lead accounting, forecasting, and commercial analysis, delivering actionable insights to improve margins and profitability across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function within a fast-paced environment.
• Produce monthly management accounts, reporting packs and commercial analysis.
• Deliver insight across margins, labour, waste, yield and operational performance.
• Review weekly and monthly P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and balance sheet management.
• Partner with operational teams to support performance and profitability.
• Prepare financial analysis for capital investment projects.
• Drive improvements across reporting, systems, controls and processes.
• Ensure compliance with group reporting and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while supporting wider business growth.
