Job summary

CMC Consulting Ltd is seeking a fully qualified finance professional to shape the financial and governance backbone of a fast-growing UK business.

The role owns the outsourced accounting relationship and will lead the eventual transition of finance operations in-house, while managing a team and delivering monthly management accounts with strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience overseeing financial operations and outsourced partners.
• Background in high-growth or complex multi-stakeholder environments desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management.

Our client are a high profile, rapidly expanding organisation. As they grow they have created a new role within the organisation for an ambitious qualified finance professional.

A newly created position offering the chance to help shape the financial and governance infrastructure of a fast-growing organisation. Finance is currently partly outsourced to an external accounting firm; this role owns that relationship and will lead the eventual transition of finance operations in-house.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable working autonomously
