Are you a commercially savvy finance professional looking to make a tangible impact across a fast-paced, national organisation? We're seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in London, supporting our Stadium and UK-wide sales divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership, influence strategic decision-making, and shape the financial future of our growing business.

What you’ll be doing…

As Senior Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in driving commercial success by:

• Partnering with our Sales and Operations teams (specifically Stadia, Concessions and Venues) to provide actionable financial insight
• Supporting strategic decision-making through rigorous analysis and business case evaluation
• Leading the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring clarity and timeliness
• Tracking the sales pipeline and producing reporting that helps drive contract wins and retention
• Delivering key business reporting and insight to senior leadership, including Board-level stakeholders
• Developing financial awareness across teams and contributing to business performance discussions
• Being the key finance partner for the Sales MD, Directors, and Regional Managing Directors

What can you bring?

We're looking for someone who combines technical finance skills with strong business acumen and stakeholder influence. Ideally, you will have:

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification
• Proven business partnering experience with strong analytical capability
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, multi-workbook reporting)
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge and support across the business
