Key Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive results.
