This role bridges finance and operations, translating business strategy into financial plans, forecasts and performance insights that drive profitable growth.Strategic partner to the SMB UK Commercial leadership team providing strategic insight and decision supportLead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance management for the business unitOwnership of Month end reporting for SMBBe the subject matter expert for SMB, leading complex issues resolution.Drive financial modelling and analysis for growth initiatives, pricing investments and cost optimizationDeliver clear actionable insights through KPIs, dashboards and variance analysisPartner cross-functionally to align financial plans with operational execution and corporate standardsProvide leadership and mentorship to team analyst### What You’ll Bring8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A or Business Partner roles.Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fieldProven experience supporting a business unit of P&L ownersStrong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-makingExecutive-level communication and presentation skillsAbility to balance long-term strategy with near-term executionComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environmentsAdvanced Excel skills, experience with FP&A systems and BI toolsAttention to detail and accuracyQualified chartered accounting (CIMA, ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)### It’s a Bonus If You HaveFinancial Services or Payment’s backgroundExperience of people managementOracle experience### What Makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
