Evosearch Limited in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a Senior Finance/Business Manager/Finance Controller to steer financial planning, reporting and strategic decision support in a growing engineering/manufacturing group. You will lead detailed business planning, assess opportunities and guide risk management to sustain growth.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on financial accounting, and proven experience in complex financial projects including due diligence for acquisitions.

Formación

• 7–10 years in management accounting, ideally in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proven record in audits, including preparation and management of audit processes.
• Extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and buyouts, including due diligence and integration.
• Excellent knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing financial growth in businesses transitioning from SME to mid-sized operations.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
