Evolve Personnel seeks a Regional Finance Director to lead financial management across multiple sites in the region, delivering robust planning, reporting and governance that informs strategic decisions. You will mentor finance teams, drive performance against budgets, implement ERP and process improvements, and partner with regional leaders to steer sustainable operations.

Senior finance leadership within multi-site organisations.
Extensive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.
Experience with audits, compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead financial accounting, reporting and forecasting across regional operations.
Coach and develop finance teams across multiple locations; align processes and embed best practice.
Develop and implement the regional financial strategy and controls.
Monitor performance against budget and forecast; highlight risks and opportunities.
Lead audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.
Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks across the region.
