Job summary

Accountable Recruitment Limited, acting for a high-growth organisation, is seeking a Divisional Head of Finance in Warrington. You will lead the divisional finance function, drive commercial performance and report to the Finance Director.

The role prioritises profitability, budgeting, forecasting and providing strategic financial insight across the division, with exposure to acquisitions and growth initiatives. A fully qualified accountant with strong leadership and FP&A experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering / FP&A / Commercial Finance leadership
• Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning experience
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Strong systems aptitude and advanced Excel capability

Responsibilities

• Lead the divisional finance function and partner with the Finance Director and leadership team
• Influence key commercial and operational decisions across the division
• Develop, mentor and inspire a high-performing finance team
• Oversee month-end close and timely financial reporting
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Present budgets and performance updates to senior leaders
• Support acquisition activity, due diligence and integration initiatives
• Drive improvements in reporting, systems, processes and controls
