DOT Partners is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance operations and management accounts function across multiple sites. The role partners with senior stakeholders to drive operational performance, enhance commercial decision-making and maintain robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a track record in financial control and management accounting.
• Experience leading finance operations in multi-site or fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including management accounts, AP, AR, bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Own month-end process and consolidated reporting across multiple entities.
• Provide commercial analysis around P&L, profitability and cashflow trends.
