BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Controller to be based in Hemel Hempstead or Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will lead strategic and operational financial management, work with the management team and finance leadership group to drive performance and ensure robust decision making.

The role requires deep IFRS knowledge, experience with complex business cases, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior finance roles within large, complex organisations.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, accounting guidelines and external reporting.
• Strong ability to lead financial planning, analysis and business partnering.

Responsabilités

• Deliver strategic and operational financial leadership to support the organisation’s objectives.
• Provide high-quality financial analysis to enable data-driven decision making.
• Support CAPEX investment analysis, budgeting and post-investment review, including M&A considerations.
