This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual in managing finance-driven projects who is ready to take on a leadership role. If you have a passion for overseeing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring business requirements are met, this role is ideal for you. It is especially suitable for someone with a background in finance change management, eager to manage a team and drive impactful business change.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of business-driven change within UKGI Finance, ensuring that finance requirements are designed, built, tested, and embedded into operational processes. You will manage a team of change managers and work collaboratively across Finance and project teams to impact assess projects, prepare and review plans, and manage emerging risks. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe delivery of multiple finance change projects.
