McLaren Racing in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead, Finance Business Partner - Heritage to join the Finance team. As the finance lead for the Heritage business, you will partner closely with Heritage & TPC Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Production and Leadership teams to provide financial insight and challenge to support programmes and long-term objectives.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Significant finance business partnering experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive or project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and inventory valuation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary finance partner to the Heritage Leadership Team, influencing profitability and cash generation.
• Lead pricing reviews, business cases and investment appraisals with financial insight for proposals and terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities across the TPC programme to maximise value for stakeholders.
• Own financial governance for Heritage inventories, assets and WIP, ensuring controls and accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting with meaningful KPIs.
• Support operational improvements and scalable financial processes within Heritage.
