Reporting into the CFO, this Senior Finance Business Partner will support them and the board with insight and analysis on all aspects of cost and Opex, with particular emphasis on the technology cost base.

This is a high-profile role, ideal for someone comfortable working with and influencing senior business leaders, thriving in large, technology-driven organizations where stakeholder management is key. Responsibilities include:

1. Presenting monthly financial results to the Leadership Team and global corporate finance functions.
2. Holding the Senior Management Team accountable for spending commitments and proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities.
3. Supporting the UK Finance Leadership Team and the CFO in driving the finance agenda and enhancing employee engagement.
4. Leading a small team of finance business partners to deliver finance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis of costs.
5. Creating finance reports to improve business efficiency.
6. Managing the annual budget and long-term planning processes from a cost perspective.
7. Supporting the development of robust business cases.
