We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner who is looking for a fresh career challenge and enjoys working with a range of stakeholders. This is a key position, finance business partnering with senior leadership teams and providing financial insights, analysis, support, and information to drive strategic decisions and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner:

• Lead a team of Finance Business Partners in reporting financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insightful commentary
• Support preparation and presentation of budgets and regular forecasts
• Analyse and interpret business performance data to support informed decision-making
• Proactively identify issues and provide solutions
• Produce informative analysis and interpret data
• Support the business in preparing proposals
• Train team members in finance processes and requirements
• Develop and improve reporting systems

The successful Senior Finance Business Partner will require the following knowledge and experience:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
• Current technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering experience
• Larger company exposure and previous experience in a professional services company
• Skilled in handling and accurately consolidating data/financial information
• Excellent systems and Excel skills, with a preference for knowledge of Power BI
