What You'll Do:

Provide accounting support to the Production Team, including:

1. Issuing Purchase Orders using SAP
2. Ensuring vendor invoices are properly coded and authorized
3. Liaising with Accounts Payable on payables issues and vendor inquiries
4. Managing and reconciling Production Pre-Paid Cards and maintaining controls
5. Managing and reconciling expenditure on Production Credit Cards
6. Dealing with T&E expenses using Concur
7. Raising Client Invoices via the Stadium system
8. Assisting with monthly Actual Cost Reporting and analyzing Budget vs Actual variances
9. Proactively analyzing production spend and revenue, reporting under/overspends
10. Ensuring staff costs are recharged to relevant projects monthly
11. Handling other ad hoc finance matters related to production
12. Liaising with accounting staff across departments

Unusual challenges include shift work, unsocial hours, and travel; flexibility and teamwork are essential.

• Experience in a media-related finance environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Strong numeracy skills

• Minimum A level education or equivalent
• Interest in Television Production and career aspirations in the industry
• Initiative to resolve problems or escalate as needed
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload
• Autonomous working skills
• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of Television Production Business
• Practical experience with SAP Accounting system
• Experience working with linked spreadsheets
• Degree or equivalent in Finance or studying for an accounting qualification
