Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to support forecasting, planning, performance reporting and financial analysis across assigned functions. You’ll consolidate inputs, build dashboards, automate reporting, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

You’ll bring CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualifications, advanced Power BI and Excel skills, and experience with SQL, Alteryx or Anaplan in multisite retail environments.

Qualifications

• Part or recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Experience with multisite retail or large corporate environments preferred.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills; experience with SQL, Alteryx, Anaplan or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful reporting, analysis, and performance tracking with timely financial reporting.
• Support forecasting, planning, and financial modelling activities and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive cost control and commercial performance.
• Build relationships across finance and business teams to enable accountability and planning.
• Own and enhance data, systems, and reporting tools (Anaplan, Power BI).
• Support governance, insights, monthly business reviews, and ad hoc analysis.
