Your new role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in process improvement, developing models, and reporting within systems. The role involves working on exciting projects, supporting decision-making through robust reporting and modeling, and maintaining and developing the forecasting and reporting tools in collaboration with stakeholders across the Finance department and the wider business.

Key duties include:

  1. Developing and maintaining financial models and reports in the new tool, establishing new business processes for the corporate forecasting and reporting function.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights.
  3. Conducting analyses and identifying areas for process improvement.
  4. Creating and delivering reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations.
  5. Assisting in the production of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  6. Supporting the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes.
  7. Participating in strategic projects by providing financial expertise and analysis.
  8. Responding to analysis requests from various departments to support decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience with software solutions like Workday.
