Job Description:

This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and is part of the wider finance team. The successful Finance Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on analyzing and reporting on the company's business practices and performance concerning sustainability and ethical issues.

The key responsibilities include:

• Tracking and reporting sustainability metrics, identifying trends, and challenging performance.
• Partnering with internal teams on sustainability projects, providing financial modeling and data insights.
• Staying updated on ESG trends and reporting requirements, and recommending process improvements.
• Providing training and guidance to the finance team.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a primary contact for ESG-related support.
• Handling ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Applicants should be qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE with at least 3 years of financial analysis, business partnering, or reporting experience in a large corporate environment.
