Job summary

Agility in Leeds is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to join a growing, commercially focused finance team. You will turn data into insight, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making with strong collaboration across operational and commercial teams.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, deliver meaningful analysis, and help drive performance improvements while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or finalist nearing qualification.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, business partnering or management accounting.
• Strong analytical capability with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and turning detail into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

I'm partnered with a large logistics business who are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a growing, commercially focused finance team in Leeds. This is an opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys going beyond reporting - turning data into insight, influencing decisions, and helping shape business performance.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, combining strong financial analysis with commercial thinking to support strategic decision-making.
