Akamai Technologies, Inc. in the UK & I region is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead and harmonize marketing activities across sales and global teams, driving brand awareness, demand generation and revenue growth.

You will partner with regional and channel partners, analyze funnel performance, manage cross-functional programs, and direct agencies to ensure high ROI while aligning with local business needs.

• Have marketing experience with a tech company/product/service.
• Have proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects.
• Have a background in managing direct and channel lead-generation programs and managing country or regional marketing teams.
• Have excellent knowledge of digital lead generation tactics, social media and content marketing.
• Enjoy being a strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen and global awareness.
• Be a good team player with collaborative, prioritization and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Have a proven track record in the UK&I region.

Responsabilidades

• Work with internal marketing and sales teams across regions to ensure local business needs are addressed appropriately.
• Analyse the marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to optimize pipeline generation across different customer segments.
• Build infrastructure to shape demand and an integrated sales funnel for lead generation across named region/countries.
• Lead strategic alignment with Channel Partners, engaging with their executive teams to develop and execute joint co-marketing strategies.
• Direct external agencies and vendors to drive operational excellence with high-ROI and rigorous performance standards.

The EMEA Field Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans. We work towards having the maximum impact possible on demand, pipeline and revenue growth.

Develop UK&I Marketing Strategy

Leading and overseeing all marketing activities by working cross functionally with the sales and global marketing teams. You will will bridge the gap between local Sales and Global Marketing organisations to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

As a Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to improve processes, operations and manage key projects.
• Working with internal marketing and sales teams across regions to ensure local business needs are addressed appropriately.
