Job summary

eRecruitSmart is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee delivery of home care services across Ringwood, New Milton and surrounding areas. You will assess clients, review care plans, monitor quality and support staff in a field-based role.

The role requires travel to clients’ homes, participation in the on-call rota, and close collaboration with the Care Team Manager and Care Coordinator to drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care required or working towards it.
• Three years' experience in health and social care, at Senior level or above.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or developing staff.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, medication management and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and care planning.
• Carry out reviews and observational assessments to monitor care quality.
• Support staff supervision, appraisals, inductions and competency sign-off.
• Maintain confidential care records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with on-call rota, emergency staffing and service development.
