Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years AE/FAE experience in data center, PON, or mobile transport environments.
• Expertise in signal integrity for 800G, 1.6T, 3.2T applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive design wins for Semtech’s high-speed drivers and TIAs with key data center customers.
• Accelerate design-in cycles and remove technical barriers to secure revenue opportunities.
• Lead co-development initiatives for 1.6T and 3.2T technologies with customer engineering teams.
• Create joint innovation programs with Tier 1 hyperscalers to establish Semtech as a strategic partner.
• Align Semtech product roadmap with customer technology evolution plans.
