Semtech in Bristol, UK is seeking a Senior NPI Test Engineer to drive test development for mixed-signal and RF product portfolios from early silicon validation through high-volume production.

You will lead test architecture, DFT involvement, and cross-functional teams, delivering breakthrough methodologies for 200Gbps-class devices and ensuring efficient NPI cycles and strong test coverage.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• 4+ years specifically in mixed-signal/RF test development.
• Proven track record leading NPI programs for high-speed communication ICs.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Architect test strategies for complex mixed-signal/RF products from concept to production.
• Lead development of high-speed test methodologies for SerDes and signal conditioning.
• Drive DFT/testability into IC architecture with company-wide standards.
• Ensure test readiness and transfer to OSATs with high first-pass yield.
• Mentor engineers and maintain test methodology documentation.
