Job summary

Innatera is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to support product development and customer implementations. You will bridge between customers and engineering, translating feedback into improvements and guiding customers through design-in and training on Innatera’s neuromorphic processors.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise in Python and C/C++, experience with ML frameworks, and a customer-focused ethos to operate across international teams and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role within Semiconductor industry.
• Experience with AI Embedded Applications.
• Experience working in a global environment bridging customer requirements and engineering teams.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong coding skills in Python and C/C++.
• Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Build and maintain deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management.
• Address technical questions and help customers accelerate development of Innatera’s SP neural processor tech.
• Train customers via workshops, seminars, and on-site support for tools, software, and applications.
• Guide customers through architecture reviews, design-in support, and product feature training.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate Innatera’s value.
• Work with SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product Owner teams.
