Job summary

Innatera is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer to drive a next‑gen compiler framework for our AI accelerator chips. You will own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle and work with SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams to extract value for customers.

Ideal candidates combine Python/C++ proficiency with hands‑on DL framework experience (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and familiarity with MLIR/TVM, focusing on performance and power efficiency for edge devices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C++ required.
• Strong knowledge of neural networks and common architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLIR/TVM or similar compilers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the compiler for next generation AI accelerator architectures.
• Collaborate cross functionally with SDK, algorithm, architecture and hardware teams.
• Provide feedback to refine architectural designs via compiler insights.
• Stay at the forefront of neural network compiler technologies.
