Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Business Analyst to support FTSE Russell in evolving index, benchmark and data solutions across FICC. The role translates strategic and regulatory needs into deliverable outcomes, shaping new products, enhancements and platform transformation within a product-led model.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations, while engaging with risk, data governance and compliance teams to ensure robust, testable solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant business analysis, change delivery or product implementation experience within financial services or data/vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and FICC/index-related areas such as fixed income, rates, FX, commodities or digital assets.
• Proven ability to elicit, document and analyse requirements and to produce clear artefacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements with focus on outcomes and measurable value.
• Support delivery of FTSE Russell FICC indices, benchmarks and data services from concept through transition to BAU.
• Produce requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and test artefacts.
• Coordinate testing, assist with governance, risk controls and operational readiness across teams.
