Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Business Analyst to enable the delivery and evolution of index, benchmark and data solutions across the FICC portfolio. You will translate strategic and regulatory needs into practical outcomes, work across product lifecycle, and partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to drive platform transformation and data improvements.

Qualifications

Proven track record in business analysis within financial services or data/vendor environments.
Strong ability to elicit and document requirements and translate them into actionable stories.
Experience working across Product, Engineering and Operations in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements with clear outcomes.
Support delivery of FTSE Russell FICC indices, data services and related capabilities from concept to BAU.
Create BRDs, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria with traceability and impact assessments.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to evaluate options, risks and operational readiness.
