Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team, focusing on the Further Education market across temporary and permanent recruitment in the Birmingham region. You will leverage an established framework, nurture relationships with colleges and FE providers, and help grow both temp and permanent allocations.

You’ll work with pace, take ownership, and build strong candidate networks while developing existing accounts and opening new doors to expand our FE

Qualifications

• FE or Education recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with colleges and FE providers.
