Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Education team, focusing on the Further Education market across both temporary and permanent recruitment. The role is based in the East Midlands with expansion into Birmingham and beyond, supported by an established team and infrastructure.

You will have autonomy to grow the FE recruitment practice, develop existing accounts, and build strong candidate networks while generating fees and driving market presence.

Qualifications

• FE recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to build relationships with colleges and FE providers.
• Strong drive to grow both temp and permanent recruitment streams.
