The Education Network is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Birmingham. Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a business where you can take ownership of your desk, develop your client base and be rewarded for your success? We're looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, supporting schools across the West Midlands.

This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage and develop both new and existing client and candidate relationships. You'll join an established education recruitment brand with over 30 years of experience and a strong reputation across the local community.

Whether your background is in education, healthcare, commercial or another recruitment sector, we'd love to hear from consultants who are commercially driven, relationship-focused and ready for their next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing
