Qualifikationen

• Experience in a FCA-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Experience in a Compliance Officer, Compliance Advisory or similar regulatory role.
• Ability to translate regulation into practical guidance for the business.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and assess potential risks.
• Autonomous working and taking ownership of compliance matters.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day management of regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear, practical compliance advice to teams across the business.
• Review business activity against FCA requirements.
• Identify potential regulatory risks and ensure issues are escalated.
• Support ongoing monitoring, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation and reporting.
• Assist with development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are understood.
• Help drive improvements to compliance processes and response times.
• Support wider regulatory projects and critical compliance activity.
