Qualifications

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join a growing compliance function within a fast-paced, FCA-regulated business.

Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you'll take ownership of day-to-day compliance activity, providing practical regulatory guidance across the business and helping ensure FCA requirements are embedded into the way teams operate.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has strong FCA regulatory experience and is comfortable working independently, identifying risk and supporting stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance with the day-to-day management of regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear, practical compliance advice and guidance to teams across the business.
• Review business activity, processes and communications against FCA requirements.
• Identify potential regulatory risks and ensure issues are appropriately escalated and addressed.
• Support ongoing monitoring, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation and reporting.
