Job summary

Club L London is seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, content, CRM and e‑commerce experiences. You will lead the design across multiple channels, shaping distinctive campaign identities and customer journeys.

You’ll combine hands‑on design with leadership, mentoring junior designers and aligning with brand vision to drive engagement and commercial impact across markets. A fast-paced, fashion‑led environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating campaign identities and editorial design across fashion/luxury/e‑commerce brands.
• Strong storytelling, branding and customer experience with a balance of creativity and commercial impact.
• Leadership experience; ability to mentor and grow a design team.
• Collaborative mindset to partner with Marketing, Social, CRM, Content, E‑commerce and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of campaigns, content, editorial and CRM across channels.
• Create distinctive visual identities for seasonal campaigns and brand moments.
• Develop and evolve the brand's visual language to feel premium and fashion-led.
• Oversee digital assets across websites, landing pages and key trading moments.
