Job summary

Cranberry Panda in London is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead day-to-day design across digital and print, sitting between the Creative Director and the wider team. You will translate concepts into commercially effective visuals while remaining hands-on with design.

You will mentor junior designers, raise creative standards, and improve how work moves from brief through to final sign-off, shaping evolving brand guidelines and visual systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Management / mentoring experience.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Experience within a fast-paced consumer brand.

We’re partnering with a globally recognised, culture-led consumer brand to find an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its growing Creative Team.

This is much more than a traditional design role. You’ll operate as the day-to-day creative lead for the design team, sitting between the Creative Director and wider designers to turn ambitious creative concepts into exceptional, commercially effective work.

You’ll remain hands-on with design while also mentoring designers, raising creative standards and improving how work moves from brief through to final sign-off.
